Mr.Sha Lin Chairman of STEA

The Shanghai Trade Efficiency Association (STEA)is a non-profit social organization approved by the Chinese government and voluntarily composed of the enterprises with authority to operate foreign trade and the units relating to foreign trade.It's the social organization's legal person and also the legitimate member of the United Nations Trade Efficiency Federation. It's under the leadership of the United Nations Trade efficiency Federation and the Ministry of Chinese Foreign Trade Economic Cooperation .

The tasks of the STEA are:to study the laws of trade both at home and abroad,exchange experiences with domestic traders and foreign partners and help the enterprises to promote the efficiency of foreign trade,and also,to guide the work of the Shanghai Trade Point and under the coordination and leadership of UNCTAD and the Ministry of Chinese Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation,to utilize the global connection network,EDI information transmission and the superiority of amassed office work of these departments such as the customs,commodity inspection,banks,insurance,transportation and Information Service etc..to provide the enterprises with trade information and trade transaction services enhancing the enterprises'comprehensive efficiency of operating international trade.
