Aliko’s newest high-tech concept is fully automated bending-cell. Based in Finland,
the company designs and manufactures flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) comprising of
press brakes, robots and control equipment.
Mounting two vertical press brakes in parallel on a single machine not only doubles the work area length but also effects considerable savings in floor space. This reorientation also eliminates most of the problems with handling flexible sheets.
ALIKO FMS bending cell enables flexible production, even in a small series, and allows the design of the geometry to be done with the bending process through OFF-LINE programming using a normal PC.
