Production of beaded bags is manual, but the beading itself is done by outworkers. Beads are obtained locally or sourced from Japan. Strict QC is enforced at every step of production.
Most clutch bags come with a metal chain which can be used as handle or shoulder strap. Some models are supplied with two chains.
