This is a great component collection to allow developer to implement very suitable in use, looking and navigating grid with ability to perform custom drawing and in-place editing with easy-in-use events.
The most power feature of it is a ability to focus and edit fixed columns/rows. This gives user an ability to scroll right.bottom part of a grid but still focus/edit fixed part.

The Extended Grid collection is a part of the B&S component collection.

Grid Features:

• Focusing of the fixed columns/rows
• Very suitable multi line in-place editing.
• Ability to set additional editor properties.
• Ability to scroll content of focusable fixed columns
• Extended drag'n'drop cursors
• 'There are hidden columns to the left' sign
• inherited TFixStringGrid grid to store/display/edit strings
  

In-place Editor Features:

• Multi line mode
• 3 additional views:
  - with right "browse" speed button + this button click event
  - with right spin button + spin Up/Down events
  - with right 'drop down' speed button + this button click event
• Combo Box mode
