This directory contains versioned directories for the C reference
implementation for the Unicode Bidirectional Algorithm. Each
versioned directory contains source code, a detailed ReadMe.txt
and compiled versions (64-bit Windows executables) of the implementation.
Each newly updated version supports all prior versions of the
Unicode Bidirectional Algorithm (back to Unicode 6.2.0). So,
for example, if you consult the 15.0.0 version of the reference
implementation, it can be considered as superseding all prior
versions, because it contains accumulated support for all the
prior rule sets and can be run using any of the prior sets of
data files specific to versions of the Unicode Standard.
