Netscape, perhaps? By default Siag tries to use Netscape as help browser.
You can use another browser by setting the environment variable SIAGHELP,
like this:

SIAGHELP="xterm -e lynx"
export SIAGHELP

This example will make Siag use Lynx as your help browser.
