  Merged patches from Shaun Savage <savages@rasta.hemp.org>
  and Critical Angle. Changes default DB backend to gdbm.
  Removed the X.500 stuff (no ISODE needed).
  
  The glibc compatibility patch is kind of ugly. It undoes
  some of the changes of the earlier patches. It works, tho.
  
  Removed the BuildRoot stuff. It's borken. Configuration
  files and man pages were hosed.

  Fixed to install in a BuildRoot to make things a little cleaner.
  Cleaned up the doc files some.
  Split out a separate server RPM file.
