Delphi TIs Help File

This Help file is compiled in Win95, with the Win 3.1 MS compiler. So, it should run on both 16 and 32 bit machines.

The Help file contains the Borland Delphi Technical Information Documents found on the Borland FTP site,

ftp.borland.com/pub/techinfo/techdocs/language/delphi/ti

You can find the latest TIs here or maybe on the Borland web site,

http://www.borland.com

If you find this useful, let me know and I will periodically update the file with the latest TIs. I don't know how often Borland releases new TIs. The latest in this series is 8/11/1997. The FTP site reveals a few TIs dated about every month. So perhaps the updates will be every month or so.

History:

2/14/1998:
11 new TIs added from Borland's WWW site. These are in a slightly different format, which will remain different. The files did not have dates when they were obtained brom the site, so no dates are listed. They are listed by TI# and Title. The file is now compressed and seems to be working.

9/29/1997:
Compiled it without compression, because on my system, I could not create a Find database with the Help File compiled in compressed form.

9/28/1997:
Made the Contents topic the Index of all included TIs
Added links to the Index of TIs, so you can browse the Index and jump to the TI from there.
