No application will be confirmed without payment of indicated registration fees.
Registration Fee includes:

For Participant:
Congress kit, admittance to all Congress sessions, including informal Get-Together, Closing Ceremony,
Lunches, Dinner, Farewell Dinner, Coffee Breaks, Program and Abstract Book.

For Accompanying Person:
Accompanying person's bag, informal Get-Together Dinner, Farewell Dinner and two (2) half day tours.

Refund Policy:
Postmarked prior to August 15, 1995 - full refund less US$40 handling fee.
Postmarked from August 16 - October 15, 1995 - 50% refund.
Postmarked from October 16, 1995 - no refund.
