FINANTIAL STRUCTURE
TRADE POINT SANTA FE works effectively, developing an agile exchange of
information with centers of commercial efficiency worldwide.
Aiming at self-financing, we made a Table of Values based on a future
hypothesis of an interrelationship between fixed outgoings and an estimate
of incomings according to the number of partners necessary to settle the
fixed finantial outgoings needed to achieve an efficient projection.
TRADE POINT SANTA FE does not charge any commision for the transactions wich
could take place.
Three categories of users were set up:
- DIRECT PARTNERS: with a very low monthly fee. The amount paid entitles
the Direct Partners to have a discount on the requesterd services and so the
cost of each service is inferior to that of the other categories (from $5 to
$20). Besides, every month they have the possibility of enquiring the price
of their products in any two markets with no charge.
- SECONDARY PARTNERS: those businessmen who participate actively in any of
the partner organizations, with a monthly fee four times higher than the
direct partner's. All organizations wich relay information from TRADE POINT
SANTA FE are included in this category. The Secondary Partners pay an
intermediate amount between the direct partner and the Non-partner.
- NON-PARTNERS: they obviously pay no monthly fee. The Non-partners have
to pay an average amount five times higher than the Direct Partners for the
services requested.
Our ultimate objective is not to operate with merely isolated services, but
with a majority of Direct Partners, paying low fees and actively
participating in the consolidation of TRADE POINT SANTA FE.
