APPENDIX E - TRADE EVENT SCHEDULE

The only relevant trade event taking place in El Salvador is the International
Trade Fair which is bi-annual and is supported by the American Chamber of
Commerce and the American Embassy.  The next trade fair will take place in
November, 1994.

Local smaller events which take place in El Salvador are:

-- EXPO MEDICA'94 - July 12-17, 1994

-- CONSUMA - Takes place during the month of August.

-- LA FERIA DEL HOGAR - Bi-annual event.  The next one will take place during
   November 1995.
