  Description: version of pnmindex that'll work with /bin/sh
        Notes: The NetPBM distribution ships with many, many graphics
		       conversion utilities, and a few handy extras.  One of these
			   extras will produce a labelled thumb-nail index of one or
			   more images, if you happen to have a C shell handy.
			   
			   Well, this version of pnmindex will work just fine with
			   bash, BeOS's /bin/sh.  In fact, this is more portable than
			   the original pnmindex, because not every system has C shell
			   installed... someone could easily port this to plain /bin/sh
			   syntax.
