Delphi Components: TThSecBase and TThSecTime

Synopsis:
ThSecBase
This component provides basic User ID/Password security using encrypted
data stored in the Windows registry.  Each application has its own security
'context', and may register, validate, and delete user ids and passwords.
Event handlers are provided for user supplied encrypt/decrypt routines.
Arbitrary access control data may be stored for each user id.

ThSecTime
This component works with the ThSecBase component to add time constraint 
management for user ids.  Applications may register, validate, and delete 
encrypted time ranges for each day of the week for user ids in the application
context.

Each component has full HLP and KWF support.
